We cooked in our first KCBS competition the spring of 2013. Nervous and excited to be judged by professional BBQ critics we were able to walking out with a 3rd place ribbon in ribs. You have many types of BBQ styles out there and we love them all. We are traditional stick burners, using our favorite flavor of Hickory. Our rub and sauce has the perfect blend to extract the natural taste of the meat leaving you just craving more. I’m not going say we have the world’s best BBQ, but we have plenty of fans who would disagree.
Whether from Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, or the Carolinas, southern BBQ is the sweetest and most sultry taste around. Complete with all the fixins, our southern comfort food is sure to satisfy any appetite.
We are a Father/Son BBQ team. We’ve been smoking and cooking BBQ for as long as I can remember. From cooking for 2000 people at church events to 6 KCBS judges, we have BBQ flowing through our blood. Nothing brings us more enjoyment than being around the grill.
